These Terms and Conditions set forth the legal agreement between the owner of the accommodation (hereinafter, “Host”) and the guest making the reservation (hereinafter, “Guest”) through the Airbnb-type vacation rental platform or other similar service (hereinafter, “Platform”). By making a reservation, the Guest agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation and payment

1.1. The Guest must be of legal age and provide accurate and complete information when making the reservation.

1.2. Full payment of the rental, including additional fees and security deposit, must be made in accordance with the following terms: Payment may be made in full or on the day of arrival of the reservation.

2. Reservation confirmation

2.1. The reservation is subject to confirmation by the Host. Once confirmed, a booking voucher and additional details, including the accommodation address and check-in instructions, will be sent to the Guest.

3. Cancellation policies

3.1. Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the established conditions:

• More than 30 days in advance of the reservation: free of charge
• Less than 30 days in advance: 50% of the reservation is charged.

4. Property standards and standards of the property

4.1. The Guest must respect the rules and regulations established by the Host and local authorities, including those related to the use of the accommodation, noise, maximum occupancy, security and care of the property.

4.2. The Guest shall be responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation or its contents during his/her stay. The Host may retain part or all of the security deposit to cover repair or replacement costs.

5. Liability and insurance

5.1. The Host shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by the Guest during his/her stay, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of the Host.

5.2. It is recommended that the Guest obtain adequate travel insurance to cover any eventuality during his/her stay in the accommodation.

6. Privacy and data protection

6.1. The Host and Guest must comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws regarding any personal information shared or collected during the booking and stay.

7. Communication and dispute resolution

7.1. Any communication between the Host and the Guest related to the booking and the stay must be made through the Platform, unless otherwise agreed.

7.2. Any dispute or claim related to the vacation rental must be resolved directly between the Host and the Guest. The Platform shall not be responsible for the resolution of such disputes.

8. Modifications and termination

8.1. The Host reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances, damage to the accommodation or non-compliance with the rules by the Guest.

8.2. The Guest has the right to cancel the reservation in accordance with the policies established in the Platform.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country or region where the accommodation is located.

9.2. Any legal dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the country or region where the accommodation is located.

By making a reservation through the Platform, the Guest acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
